Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research-grade peptide compounds and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or with an obvious defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@geneta.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will review each claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Items
If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@geneta.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost once we verify the error.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, you must first file a claim with the carrier. After filing a carrier claim, contact us at orders@geneta.com. Geneta LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. Contact orders@geneta.com immediately. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
No Returns Due to Regulatory Changes
Geneta LLC is not responsible for changes in the regulatory status of any compound in your jurisdiction after purchase. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify the legal status of all products prior to ordering.
