Domestic Shipping

Geneta ships exclusively within the United States from our facility in Austin, Texas. We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

USA Manufactured

All peptide compounds are manufactured in a U.S.-based facility under strict quality control standards and independently tested by third-party laboratories via HPLC and mass spectrometry. Certificate of Analysis documents are included with every order.

Carriers & Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of Geneta LLC.

Packaging

All research compounds are packaged in discreet, protective packaging appropriate for lyophilized peptides and sterile solutions. Products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain considerations where required.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. For tracking issues, contact us at orders@geneta.com.

Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. Geneta LLC is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve from a carrier facility, we will contact you. Re-shipment may be subject to an additional shipping fee.
